Max Walters, the former chairman of both the International Polocrosse Council (IPC) and the Australian Polocrosse Association, passed away on the morning of the 23rd November. New South Wales dominated at the Australian Nationals 2008 as they picked up six grade wins and featured in every one of the nine finals. The Irish National Polocrosse Finals 2008 were held on the last weekend in August at Davern Equestrian Centre, Clonmel and were proudly hosted by the Tipperary Polocrosse Club.
