Rick’s Return

After I spent all that time writing an article about him leaving it looks like Rick Murray will be back this year after all. He apparently will be playing for the Northern Lions in A grade along with Andrew Schafer, Jemma Murray, James Davidson, Hannah Watkin and someone else who I can’t remember the name of right now! However, unless its Shaye Williams its unlikely they will threaten Highlanders and Arden for the A grade trophy this year. There again, being the underdog is likely to inspire Rick to new heights and there is no knowing what he can achieve when inspired. He is, however, without his best horse, having sold Lauren to Guy Robertson last year and surely he can’t have another horse like her just sitting around…. can he?
